To run the PVD coating machine, you will need:
Cooling water: Temperature ranges 15-28 Celsius, cooler volume: 5p-15p
Compressor: The volume of the tank: 0.5-2/cubic meters
Electricity: no less than 80 ~ 150kva, according to the volume of the PVD machine.
For pretreatment in metal parts:
1. Ultrasonic washing machine
2. Pure water machine or/if the water is clean, 1-2 tons/hour
3. The surface of the substrates (the products) must be clean, dry
4. Operator: As mentioned the capacity: 1 - 2 operators
For the process:
1. Raw materials: target materials
2. Gases: A2, N2, O2, C2H2, etc
